2. The service
Blueprintly is an online, self-serve planning tool. It turns a described idea into a structured plan, blueprint diagrams, a pitch and a Build Kit. It is a digital software subscription — there are no physical goods, shipping, or on-site services.
3. What the service is not
- It is not a software development agency and does not take on projects or write production code for you.
- It does not provide licensed software-engineering, cybersecurity, data-protection, legal, financial or medical advice.
- Outputs are educational starting points and are not guaranteed to compile, run, be secure, scale, or meet any regulation. See the AI Disclaimer.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to use Blueprintly; users aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian's permission. Keep your login secure and accurate; you are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Data safety
Do not enter real API keys, tokens, production credentials, personal data of others or confidential information into the tool. The service does not request such information and you submit it at your own risk.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, do not use generated plans to build malware, unlawful scraping, spam, non-consensual surveillance, or anything that breaks the law or circumvents security.
7. Subscriptions, billing and quotas
- Paid plans are billed in advance in US dollars (USD) on a monthly or yearly cycle through Stripe.
- Plans include a monthly idea-plan quota that resets each period and does not roll over. There are no credits or stored balances.
- Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Intellectual property and your content
You keep ownership of the ideas you input; we grant you the right to use the plans and materials the tool generates for you. Ownership and licensing detail is in the Content License. The Blueprintly name, software and site design remain ours.
10. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service and its outputs are provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on generated output. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
