1. Digital subscription
Blueprintly is an online software subscription billed in US dollars (USD). Access begins immediately when a plan starts, so it is a digital service delivered on purchase.
2. Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@ladacons.shop.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Quotas do not roll over and unused quota has no cash value.
3. Refunds
- Monthly plans: the current month is generally non-refundable once the period has started, because access and generation are available immediately.
- Yearly plans: if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase and have made only minimal use, you may request a pro-rated or full refund at our discretion.
- Duplicate or accidental charges and verified billing errors are refunded in full.
- If a generated plan or diagram is unsatisfactory, contact support first — we will help you re-generate or adjust it before any refund is considered.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We do not issue cash or third-party transfers.
5. Statutory rights
These terms do not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of England and Wales or your country of residence.
