1. Scope

This policy applies to everything you enter into Blueprintly and everything you do with the plans, diagrams, pitches and Build Kits it generates.

2. You must not use the tool or its output to build or plan

Malware, ransomware, spyware, or any tool designed to damage or gain unauthorised access to systems.
Scrapers or bots that violate a target site's terms, robots directives, or applicable law.
Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or deceptive/fraudulent schemes.
Surveillance, tracking or data collection of people without a lawful basis and their consent.
Anything that circumvents security, authentication, licensing or access controls.
Content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or promotes harm or discrimination.

3. Regulated and sensitive areas

If your idea touches regulated activities — payments, lending or investment, healthcare, children's data, or other regulated personal data — you are responsible for obtaining the correct licences, approvals and professional/legal review before building. Generated plans are not a substitute for that.

4. No misuse of the platform

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service.
Do not submit real API keys, tokens, production credentials, or other people's confidential data.
Do not misrepresent generated plans as licensed professional advice or a guarantee.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and report unlawful activity to the authorities where required.
