1. Your inputs
You keep all ownership of the ideas, descriptions and notes you enter. You grant LADASA CONSULTING LTD a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that input solely to operate the tool and generate your results.
2. Your generated results
Plans, diagrams, pitch scripts and Build Kits generated for you are yours to use, adapt and share for any lawful purpose, including commercial projects. You do not need to credit Blueprintly.
3. No training on your content
We do not use your inputs or generated results to train AI models. Inputs and results are cleared from active storage by default within 30 days unless you save them to your account.
4. Similar outputs
Generated plans are produced from common patterns and may resemble output created for other users. We do not grant exclusivity over any generated structure, diagram or wording.
5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and your use of the results do not infringe third-party rights or break the Acceptable Use Policy. Outputs are starting points, not licensed professional advice — see the AI Disclaimer.
6. Our materials
The Blueprintly name, software, templates and site design remain the property of LADASA CONSULTING LTD and are not licensed to you except as needed to use the service.
