2. What we collect

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, special-category data, real API keys, tokens, production credentials or other people's confidential information.
3. Where the data comes from
Directly from you (when you sign up, subscribe, use the tool or contact us), automatically from your device (essential cookies and logs), and from our payment processor (billing status confirmations).
4. Why we use it and our legal bases

We do not use your tool inputs or generated results to train AI models.
5. Payment provider boundary
Payments are processed by Stripe using its hosted checkout. Your full card number is entered on the processor's secure page and is never transmitted to or stored by us. We receive only limited billing metadata (for example, the card brand, last four digits, and payment status) needed to manage your subscription.
6. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with processors who help us run the service, under contract and only as needed:
- Hosting and application platform (site delivery and compute).
- Payment processing (Stripe) for subscriptions and invoices.
- Database, authentication and storage provider (account and tool data).
- Email delivery (transactional and support email).
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where legally required or to protect our rights.
7. International transfers
Some processors may store or process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. How long we keep it
- Account and subscription records: for the life of your account and up to 7 years afterwards where needed for tax and accounting.
- Tool inputs and generated results: cleared from active storage by default within 30 days, unless you save them to your account.
- Support messages: up to 24 months.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid submitting sensitive credentials or confidential third-party data.
10. Your rights (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)
Subject to conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. To exercise a right, email support@ladacons.shop. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local EU supervisory authority.
11. California rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, request deletion or correction, and are entitled not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is nothing to opt out of, but you can still contact us with any request at support@ladacons.shop.
12. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to run the service and keep you signed in. Any analytics we use is privacy-respecting and aggregate. See the Cookie Policy for details.
13. Automated decisions and profiling
The planning tool generates suggestions from your input, but it does not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you automatically. Generated output is advisory only.
14. Children and minors
Blueprintly is not for anyone under 13. Users aged 13–17 must have permission from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; contact us to remove any such data.
